According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law", when an individual participating in the basic old-age insurance for employees reaches the statutory retirement age, if the accumulated payment is less than 15 years, the payment can be extended to 15 years. Before the implementation of the social insurance law, if the insured person is still less than 15 years after the extension of payment for 5 years, he can pay in one lump sum until it reaches 15 years.

According to the regulations, you must pay social security before and continue to pay for five years after reaching retirement age, but 15 years is not enough, so you are eligible to pay in one lump sum.

2. Only local household registration is allowed.

The one-time payment policy introduced in various places has a prerequisite-holding local household registration and "personnel who have established labor relations with state-owned enterprises or county-level and town-level collective enterprises", and some cities also require materials with "work experience".

Without a hukou, anything is possible.

3. The payment time is standard.

How many years can I pay in one lump sum? Some require "the insured and uninsured working years for employees to establish labor relations before retirement age", some require "no more than 10 years", and some will depend on everyone's age, length of service and specific conditions of insurance.

4. The cardinal number ratio is not low.

The payment standard of one-time payment is relatively high, and it will generally be implemented according to the quota standard of each year.
