How to handle cross-city referral procedures?

Cross-city referral procedures are as follows:

1, the transfer formalities in different places first require the applicant or client to apply to the hospital that undertakes the referral business, and then the attending and above doctors fill in the approval form for transfer in different places, and then the hospital organizes expert consultation and puts forward opinions, and then the hospital medical insurance office reviews and signs it with the dean, and finally the applicant or client carries the approval form for transfer in different places to the social security agency for examination and approval;

2, the medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, by the social insurance agencies and medical institutions, pharmaceutical business units direct settlement;

3. The social insurance administrative department and the health administrative department shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.

Medical insurance processing flow:

1. After receiving the notice from the service point of the social security agency to which the insured belongs (hereinafter referred to as the service point), apply for a social security card at the service point with the original and photocopy of my ID card;

2. The service point personnel provide the individual with the confirmation form of card issuing service, and after the individual confirms the card issuing bank on site, print the application registration form and submit it to the individual for filling in;

3. If you apply for the registration form to print a personal second-generation card photo, the individual may authorize the use of the photo to print the business card without collecting electronic photos; If not, individuals need to take photos of the second generation card in the photo studio that has been included in the electronic photo collection service unit of the social security card in our city (see the column of "Social Security Card" on the social security homepage of our city for the list of photo studios), and paste the photo receipt in the corresponding position of the application registration form;

4 carefully check, supplement or modify the information on the application registration form and return it to the service point within the prescribed time limit;

5. After checking the application registration form and other related materials submitted by individuals, the staff of the service point shall sign for confirmation by both parties;

6. After successfully submitting the application registration form and other related materials at the service point for 30 working days, I will take my original ID card to the social security card of the issuing bank to get the card and go through the card activation procedures.
