Can't I pay social security myself?

Workers themselves have to pay social security, except for work-related injury insurance and ownership insurance, which are paid by employers. Social insurance premiums are paid jointly by employers and employees. Employees who are not employed by the employing unit can pay directly to the social insurance fee collection agency as flexible employees, but only pay medical insurance premiums and endowment insurance premiums.
