The client may not ask or imply that the judicial authentication institution or judicial appraiser provides expert opinions according to his intention or specific purpose.

Article 14

After accepting the entrustment, the judicial authentication institution shall review the entrusted authentication matters, and accept the authentication entrustment that belongs to its judicial authentication business scope, the purpose of the entrusted authentication matters and the authentication requirements are legal, and the authentication materials provided are true, complete and sufficient.

If the authentication materials provided are incomplete or insufficient, the judicial authentication institution may request the client to supplement them; If the customer has completed the replenishment, it is acceptable.
