Bank of China Dalian Financial Social Security Card Activation

Activation of Bank of China social security card is only available at the bank.

Our bank now only provides over-the-counter activation. You need to bring your original valid ID and social security card to any Bank of China branch (social security accounts can only be activated in the Dalian area, financial accounts can be activated across provinces, but the counter in a different place will not accept the activation of a separate financial account) for social security card activation business. When activating the social security card, the teller must activate the financial function and social security function at the same time. The Dalian region social security card needs to be activated within six months, otherwise the previous medical insurance card will be locked.

Operation tips:

1, for social security card activation business must keep a copy of the customer's valid ID.

2. When an activation code is required at the counter, the activation code comes from the envelope or any six-digit number when the social security card is issued.

3. Both sides must be selected for simultaneous activation, activating the financial application and the social security application at the same time.
