The unit pays five insurances and one gold for employees, and the unit needs to handle social security cards for employees. The housing provident fund also has a joint card, which can be handled by the unit or directly by the employees themselves.

The joint provident fund card is a bank card issued by the housing provident fund management center in cooperation with commercial banks for the purpose of serving employees who have paid housing provident fund. It has multiple functions of housing provident fund deposit voucher, account inquiry and bank debit card, and is an effective voucher for employees to deposit housing provident fund. From March 25th, 20 13, employees who have paid the housing provident fund can directly apply for a joint housing provident fund card with debit card function in their own names without going through the company.

Issue joint housing provident fund cards to all employees who have established housing provident fund accounts. In order to ensure the correctness of distribution, taking Beijing as an example, all employees can handle it except the following employees:

1) Employees with multiple accounts need to merge their accounts;

2) If the employee ID number is duplicate, it needs to be corrected;

3) If the employee account is in the centralized sealing period, it needs to be transferred to a new company, which will handle it for the employee.
