Legal analysis: employees who participate in social security in different places need to apply for work-related injury identification and reimbursement at the place where work-related injury insurance is insured. If the employer fails to file an application for work-related injury identification within the time limit specified in the first paragraph of this article, the employer shall bear the relevant expenses such as work-related injury treatment in accordance with the provisions of these regulations during this period.

Workers with work-related injuries who can't take care of themselves need care during the paid shutdown period, and their units are responsible for it.
