How to declare the payment base:

(1) Online declaration

Employers (including individual industrial and commercial households) can enter the online social insurance declaration system through the "Online Social Insurance Declaration" button on the homepage of Ningbo Human Resources and Social Security Network, and then enter the company's login information (user name is company code and initial password is company tax number) to enter the system. Please read the operation manual carefully for the first time and apply online at the same time.

Payment units, individual workers, etc. If you don't have the conditions for online declaration, you can go through the declaration procedures at the declaration window of the social security agency in the insured area.

Handling of the employer's failure to declare on time:

For employers and individuals who fail to declare the payment base within the time limit, the social insurance agency shall handle the settlement in accordance with the provisions of the Provisional Regulations on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees, which is 1 10% of the insured's annual payment base.
