Before personal mobile banking of Bank of China inquires about the balance details of social security account or medical insurance account, you must first associate the social security card with personal mobile banking of Bank of China, and ensure that the financial account and medical insurance account of the social security card are activated. After the social security card is associated with personal mobile banking of Bank of China:

Log in to Personal Mobile Banking-Account Management of Bank of China, and you can find the account marked "Medical Insurance" in the upper right corner, and its corresponding account number is the financial account in the social security card. Click on the financial account to enter the account details, and its medical insurance account will be displayed in the lower right corner of the function bar icon. Click on it to query the balance and payment details of the medical insurance account and other related information.

Tips:

At present, only Guangdong and Shandong (except Qingdao) provide the above functions for local social security cards, and other regions do not support them for the time being.
