(II) Persons who are not registered in the overall planning area, but have been employed by employers in the overall planning area and have been continuously insured and paid to the statutory retirement age, who can receive the basic pension on a monthly basis in the overall planning area, should be insured and paid according to the payment standard for flexible employees until the above payment period is reached, and can be handled in accordance with the regulations and enjoy the treatment of medical insurance retirees in the overall planning area. Non-local household registration, unless otherwise stipulated by the national, provincial and municipal basic medical insurance policies, is not employed by the employer in this co-ordination area, nor does it meet the conditions for flexible employment in this co-ordination area.
