4. Those who receive the One-Child Preferential Card will be given maternity leave for 35 days, and the man will be given nursing leave 10 day during maternity leave. If an employee enjoys maternity leave according to law, the employer shall be deemed to provide normal labor and pay wages.
The process of receiving maternity allowance is as follows:
1. After pregnancy, with the household registration book, marriage certificate, ID card and other relevant documents, the unit manager will handle the maternity insurance medical registration. Determine the maternity check-up and the hospital where the baby was born.
2. Pay attention to the need to apply for a birth permit;
3. When giving birth, bring the medical registration form to the hospital. This is convenient for the social security bureau and the hospital to use maternity insurance for settlement after checking;
4. After giving birth, apply for the one-child certificate, bring the medical registration form, discharge summary with official seal, marriage certificate, household registration book, ID card and other related documents, and the unit manager will apply for maternity allowance at the Social Security Bureau.
Employees who enjoy maternity insurance benefits shall meet the following conditions:
1, the employer has paid maternity insurance for employees for more than 1 year, and continues to pay for them;
2, in line with national and provincial and municipal population and family planning laws and regulations.
3 maternity allowance is calculated and paid in accordance with the provisions of the holiday based on the average monthly salary of the unit where the abortion occurred in the previous year. The calculation formula is: the monthly payment of maternity allowance in the previous year divided by the average payment salary of 30 days multiplied by the number of holiday days.

Maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year of the employer.
