How to pay social security in Beijing?

Legal analysis: (1) If the urban personnel in this city entrust the filing institution to file, they should fill in the Commitment Letter of Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay the Basic Old-age Insurance Fee and the Application Form of Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay the Basic Old-age Insurance Fee at the current filing institution, declare the payment procedures and provide the following materials:

1. Original and photocopy of my ID card.

2. The original and photocopy of my household registration book.

(II) The urban personnel whose archives are related to the employing units in this Municipality shall fill in the Letter of Commitment for Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay the Basic Old-age Insurance Fee and the Declaration Form for Personal Entrusting Archivists to Pay the Basic Old-age Insurance Fee at the archival institution where their household registration is located, and declare the payment procedures, and provide the following materials:

1. Original and photocopy of my ID card.

2. The original and photocopy of my household registration book.

3. The original and photocopy of the labor contract (employment contract) being performed.

4. The original file of the applicant provided by the employer (the original file of the applicant will be returned to the employer after verification by the archiving agency). In the process of applying for payment, the individual's social insurance relationship does not need to go through the transfer formalities.

(III) The urban personnel of this Municipality whose archival relationship is not in the archival institution or the employing unit shall, after going through the relevant formalities such as personal entrustment filing in the archival institution where the household registration is located according to the relevant regulations, go through the overdue formalities according to the declaration method in the first paragraph of Article 3.

To pay back the old-age insurance, you must carefully read the instructions on the Notice of Paying Back the Old-age Insurance, and carry all the documents except the ID card and the original and photocopy of the household registration book.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the employer shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
