Can Dongguan social security card be used as a drugstore?

Now the new social security card has financial function (ordinary savings card function) and medical insurance function (pharmacy, hospital credit card). These two functions are not related and do not affect each other. There are many reasons why you can't swipe your card in a pharmacy, such as the cardholder being hospitalized and the social security information of the card not being entered. You need to consult the local medical insurance center.
