People who leave their jobs need to judge whether it is possible for them to work in Beijing in the future:

1. If you may work in Beijing in the future, you don't need to leave your original social security in Beijing, and you don't need to go through any formalities. When I work in Beijing again, I can continue to pay social security according to my original account.

2. If it is confirmed that you will definitely not work in Beijing in the future, you can go through the transfer and merger procedures of Beijing social security after establishing a social security account in a different place. Process: Go to Beijing Social Security to issue a certificate of old-age insurance and medical insurance (you can also ask the unit to go through relevant procedures when you leave your job)-take the insurance certificate and go back to the insured place in different places to handle the old-age medical merger.

In principle, if it is determined that you will no longer work in Beijing, you will no longer be insured in Beijing, and then go through the transfer procedures. If you want to pay social security in Beijing after issuing the insurance certificate, the social security that you can't pay will be transferred to other provinces.
