Will the company find out that it is married when it pays social security?

Legal analysis: it is impossible for a company to find the object of marriage or divorce by paying social security. In the Social Security Bureau, you can only find the information of paying social insurance funds, but you can't find personal marital status. To check the marital status, you need to go to the marriage registration office of the Civil Affairs Bureau. Social insurance mainly includes endowment insurance, industrial injury insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance and unemployment insurance (that is, we often say five insurances). According to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law, employers have the responsibility and obligation to participate in five insurances and one fund for employees' pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury, maternity insurance and housing provident fund (the Regulations on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund stipulates that enterprises should participate in purchasing housing provident fund for employees). If the employer refuses to pay social security, the employee may complain to the social security bureau where the employer is located. In order to encourage employers to recruit unemployed people, and support unemployed people to seek jobs themselves, start their own businesses and find jobs flexibly, commercial enterprises and service-oriented enterprises can apply for social insurance subsidies to the local labor and social security departments at or above the county level if they recruit people who hold the Re-employment Concession Card and meet the requirements stipulated in the Notice.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
