Where can I print the unit social security payment declaration form?

1. Log in to the local provincial tax network first, and enter the account number and password to log in.

2. Secondly, select Social Insurance Fee Management-Social Insurance Fee Query, click the social insurance fee declaration query to enter the declaration query page, enter the year and month of tax declaration to query, click the query button after confirmation, and then click the column of declaration summary table to view the social insurance fee declaration summary table.

3. Finally, click the declaration details column to view the list of individuals who declare social insurance premiums, and then click Print below.
