Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei social security integration

Social security is not integrated at all.

The social security card can only be used in the insured place, and the hospital needs to issue a referral certificate or go directly to the emergency department for medical treatment in different places.

At present, only some hospitals in Beijing cooperate with hospitals in Hebei, and do not visit local homes regularly.

Because the regulations of payment and reimbursement are very different, it should be difficult to use social security cards directly in different places (especially in Beijing) in the near future.
