If Chongqing is your registered permanent residence, you are allowed to transfer to Chongqing, and go through the transfer formalities at the window of Chengdu Social Security Service Center with your ID card and social security card. If Chongqing is not your registered permanent residence, don't be busy. It is stipulated that social security is only allowed to be transferred to the social security bureau where the household registration is located, and the social security bureau where the household registration is not located does not accept the social security of the non-local permanent population.
