Processing flow:
1. Employees who apply for the card for the first time go to the networked photo studio of the second-generation ID card recognized by the municipal public security organ to take digital photos, and ask the photo studio for the receipt of the digital photos of XX social security card, and at the same time fill in the name and ID number neatly on the receipt for convenience. Employees who have already applied for social security cards but need to apply for them again after losing them do not need to submit a digital photo receipt.
2. Enterprises that have applied for online declaration can directly apply for online certification. First, print the voucher, sort out the employee's digital photo receipts that need to be prepared according to the order of printing the voucher (this receipt is not needed for the lost replacement card) and attach it to the list, and provide a copy of the employee's ID card, submit it to the business card printing window designated by social security, pay the fee and receive the business card printing receipt.
3. If the online declaration is not made, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the employee's ID card and a receipt of the social security card's digital photo (this receipt is not needed to report the loss of the replacement card). The receipt of the social security card's digital photo shall be arranged in the order of the insurance report and attached to the insurance report. If the lost social security card needs to be reissued, you can directly fill in the "X City Social Security Card Replacement (Loss Reporting) Application Form". After the collection department to which the payment belongs prints the voucher list, it can pay at the business card printing window designated by social security and receive the business card printing receipt.
4. If you pay in the personal payment window, submit the original ID card and the receipt of the digital photo of the social security card (this is not necessary for those who have already applied for the social security card), fill out the form in the personal payment window of the social security institution, pay the fee, and get the printed receipt of the business card.

Article 6 The State exercises strict supervision over social insurance funds.
The State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish and improve the supervision and management system of social insurance funds to ensure the safe and effective operation of social insurance funds.
People's governments at or above the county level shall take measures to encourage and support all sectors of society to participate in the supervision of social insurance funds.
