Will social security be invalidated as soon as it is broken?

Legal analysis: Endowment insurance is cumulative, and it doesn't matter if there are some interruptions, as long as the minimum payment is made at retirement 15 years.

For medical insurance, if it is interrupted for more than three months, the previous payment will be cleared and all the years will be recalculated.

Legal basis: Regulations on the Administration of Social Insurance Premium Declaration and Payment.

Article 16 If the employing unit is under any of the following circumstances, the social insurance agency shall issue a notice of unpaid social insurance premiums within five working days from the date of finding out the facts of unpaid social insurance premiums, order the employing unit to pay them back within five working days after receiving the notice, and inform that if it fails to pay them within the time limit, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Articles 63 and 86 of the Social Insurance Law:

(1) Failing to declare and pay social insurance premiums as required; (2) Failing to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time after the declaration; (three) concealing or omitting the number of employees, the payment base and other matters, and failing to pay social insurance premiums.

Article 23 After signing a mortgage contract or pledge contract with the employer, the social insurance agency shall sign a holdover agreement. If the employer fails to pay the social insurance premium in full at the expiration of the agreement, the social insurance agency may refer to the market price at the expiration of the agreement, discount it or use the proceeds from auction or sale to offset the social insurance premium. The longest term of deferred payment agreement shall not exceed 1 year.
