How long ago can the unit pay social security?

If the social security can be paid back three months ago, it shall be handled in accordance with the local policy of paying back. (1) I apply. Before the end of 12, those who have been included in the supplementary payment shall apply to the original unit. If the original unit does not exist, it may apply to the social insurance agency in the county where the household registration is located, fill in the Application Form for Retirees from Urban Uninsured Collective Enterprises to Participate in Basic Old-age Insurance (Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the Application Form), and provide the following materials:
