The social security card is enabled but not activated.

If the new social security card is not activated within 6 months after receiving the card, its use will be restricted. Within 300 days from the date of receiving the card, I will use my valid certificate to activate the financial application at the cooperative bank outlet corresponding to the financial account, otherwise the social security application of the card will report the loss. If the insured really has something to do and can't handle it in person, he can entrust others to handle it. When entrusting others to handle the matter, the client must hold his ID card, the insured's ID card and the power of attorney. If the card social security application is reported to be lost because the financial application is not enabled, the cardholder shall cancel the card social security application at the place designated by the Human Resources Department after the card financial application is enabled.
