Can I still use medical insurance after social security has been broken for more than 6 months?

The medical insurance card has stopped, and the money in the medical insurance account can still be used. You can only buy medicine at the outpatient clinic. If you are hospitalized, you can't enjoy medical insurance reimbursement, and you have to pay for it at your own expense.

Social security insurance can't be used normally after six months. Under normal circumstances, you will be required to pay for several months in a row before you can use the medical insurance account to reimburse medical expenses. If the payment has been suspended for more than 6 months before renewal, it needs to be paid continuously for 6 months to enjoy the basic medical treatment again. How long can I use the medical insurance card? The rules are different in different regions. Social security generally takes half a year to pay, and it takes three months for some areas to use medical insurance for reimbursement. It should be noted that different levels of hospitals have different proportions of medical insurance reimbursement. However, if we just cut off this medical insurance, it has not been cut off yet, just six months, between three and six months. If the payment is suspended for more than three months but less than six months, the continuity of medical insurance will be affected. In this case, you need to pay for three months in a row, and you can continue to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits in the fourth month, and the medical expenses incurred during the cut-off period cannot be reimbursed.
