This recruitment is conducted in strict accordance with the recruitment procedures stipulated in the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Xingtai Public Institutions (Trial).

3. Qualification examination and publicity. According to the information and materials provided by individuals, the recruitment discipline inspection and supervision team will review their qualifications and publicize the results for three days. Those who find fraud will be disqualified.
4. written test. The written test is a closed-book test, which includes administrative ability test, current affairs and politics, and the basic situation of the county. The written test does not specify a review book, and the written test score is 100. The written examination work is organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The time and place of written examination will be notified separately. Full-time doctoral and master students can directly enter the next stage of selection without a written test. After the written test, according to the principle that the written test scores are from high to low, the first 120 people (including doctoral and master students) are determined as the recruitment targets, and the last tied person is shortlisted according to the actual tied number. The recruitment discipline inspection and supervision team is responsible for the timely announcement of candidates' scores and physical examination candidates, and the publicity period is three days.
5. Physical examination. The physical examination of recruits shall be organized and implemented by the office of the conscription leading group. Physical examination items and standards are determined with reference to the current General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants.
If there is a vacancy in the recruitment quota due to the following circumstances, other candidates will be filled according to the total score from high score to low score.
(1) The physical examination of the applicant does not meet the requirements;

6. Interview docking. According to the spirit of Qing Zi Document No.20112, graduates who pass the written examination and physical examination will be interviewed with key enterprises determined by the county government for supply and demand, and then work in the enterprises for 2 years. For graduates who are determined to enter the system and exercise in key enterprises, the form of "two-way selection and supply-demand docking" between employers and graduates is adopted. Graduates who are unsuccessful in docking find their own jobs.
Fourth, employment benefits.
1. After the results of qualification examination, written examination, physical examination and interview docking are reported to the county government for approval, the county editorial office is responsible for introducing the recruitment target to the employer, and the county people's social security bureau and the industrial and information bureau are responsible for the daily management of the hired personnel.
2. According to the document "Qing Zi 20 1 12", the training time for college graduates who work in this system and key enterprises is 2 years (during which they can take the national civil servant and institution staff recruitment examination). During the exercise period of the enterprise, the enterprise negotiates the salary and welfare benefits with the graduates, and the county finance gives a subsidy of 4,000 yuan per person per year, and handles medical insurance and industrial injury insurance for them. After the expiration of the exercise period, those who pass the examination results will be arranged to institutions in principle and included in the full financial preparation of the cause. After the expiration of the exercise period, if the enterprise needs and I voluntarily stay in the enterprise, its personnel are related to the institution, and the wages and benefits of the staff of the institution are all reserved.
3. Recruited graduates will leave their files in the county talent exchange center during the exercise and keep them free of charge.
4. The enterprise is responsible for providing graduates with wages and other related treatment and necessary living conditions according to the regulations of this unit, and arranging them to work in corresponding posts.
5. Graduates who go to the enterprise shall be subject to the adjustment in the county during the exercise period. If the annual assessment fails during the exercise period, it is suggested to terminate the employment relationship between the employer and the graduates and not to be included in the full enterprise financial preparation.
