I. Policy Settlement

(1) Those who have paid social security in Xi'an and have met a certain period of residence.

The top ten winners of the World Skills Competition; the winners of provincial, municipal and industry (ministerial) skills awards, technical masters and technical pacesetters; those who have the technical grades of chief technician, senior technician and technician; those who have the grades of senior and intermediate technician; and all kinds of skilled talents who have been assessed and commended at or above the municipal level can directly apply for settling down in Xi'an City, and their spouses' and children's children can be relocated in the city together.

Third, investment and entrepreneurial settlement
