How to reissue the rural social security card if it is lost?

There are two ways to replenish the card.

1. I can bring my ID card and other relevant documents to the social security bureau where my household registration is located to handle the card replacement business.

2. If the social security card has an additional bank card account, I can take my ID card and relevant documents to the bank to reissue it.

Article 7 of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards of the People's Republic of China.

To apply for the issuance of social security cards, the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) Fill in a complete social security card issuance registration application form;

(2) An explanation of the preparation for the issuance of social security cards;

(3) The application fields and application file structures in the card that meet the requirements of the national unified specifications (including the application fields and indicators of local expansion);

(four) the card face style designed according to the unified requirements;

(five) the measures for the administration of social security cards in this area and the detailed rules for their implementation;

(six) other materials required by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
