The social security system can only query the payment data of the unit for about 10 days in the next month when the payment is successful. In this case, because the social security system has not received the payment information, the social security card will display "overall freeze". When the company applies for insurance (or individual insurance), the system will automatically release the "overall freeze" on the month 15 after the successful deduction;

If the employer (or individual insured) fails to pay social insurance premiums in time, and the social security system has not received payment information for two consecutive months, there will also be "overall freezing".
