How to pay during sick leave?

The payment of sick pay shall not be less than 80% of the salary. The employing unit shall not terminate the labor contract because of the sick leave of the employee, otherwise it will need to pay economic compensation, which will be paid to the employee according to the standard of paying one month's salary for every year that the employee has worked in the unit. Workers with work-related injuries who can't take care of themselves need care during the paid shutdown period, and their units are responsible for it.
