Is Zhenhai Technical School public?

First, Zhenhai Technical School was a key project in zhenhai district during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. It was invested by Zhenhai Lv Wen Group and jointly built with Ningbo zhenhai district Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. It is not invested by the state, nor is it public. This is a full-time school integrating secondary vocational education, skills training and social services.
