The specific reissue process is as follows:

1. Report before loss

Call the human resources and social security service hotline first, and report the loss in advance according to the prompt. The pre-loss report is valid for 7 days and will be automatically unlocked after 7 days. You can also take your ID card to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to report the loss in advance.

2. Officially report the loss

If you determine that your social security card cannot be retrieved, you need to formally report the loss. First, go to your social security card issuing bank to officially report the loss. You need to provide the original ID card and the ID number on the social security card (if you don't know, call the social security official website or go to the social security office to inquire), get the application for loss reporting from the bank, and then go to the social security service window to formally report the loss.

3, social security card replacement

4. Temporary card
