There are two ways to pay social security fees:

First, if you sign a labor contract and put on record the employment, the company will handle the social security payment procedures for you. If you don't pay social security within the term of the labor contract, the company will help you to go through the formalities of paying back. If the company fails to pay within the time limit, it can appeal to the labor inspection brigade.

Secondly, if you are a freelancer and have a local urban household registration in Changzhou, you can go to Changzhou Social Security Center to handle the social security payment and payment procedures for freelancers with your ID card account book.

If you don't have a local urban household registration, you can't pay social security yourself. You must pay through the company. You can consult Changzhou Talent Exchange Center to see if the center can help you with social security payment.
