(4) Upon receiving the transfer of basic pension insurance relations and funds from the social security agency in the place where the participant's original basic pension insurance relations were conducted, the agency in the new place of participation shall conclude the relevant formalities within 15 working days and promptly notify the employer or the participant of the confirmation of the situation.
