Subsidy target: top talents at home and abroad, national industry leaders and provincial industry leaders newly introduced from outside Loudi after April 13, 2022.

Subsidy standard

(1) Top talents at home and abroad. The maximum reward subsidy is 6.5438+0.5 million yuan, which will be distributed in five years; At the same time, 300 thousand yuan housing subsidy will be given every year for five years;

Reward standard

(1) "great country craftsman" and highly skilled talents with considerable awards. The reward will be 6,543,800 yuan in three years, 500,000 yuan in the first year, 250,000 yuan in the second year and 250,000 yuan in the third year.

(2) "China Skills Award" and highly skilled talents with considerable awards. 800,000 yuan in three years, 400,000 yuan in the first year, 200,000 yuan in the second year and 200,000 yuan in the third year.

Subsidy standard

Subsidy scope: key industries and strategic emerging industrial enterprises with industrial and commercial registration, tax registration and social security registration in municipal districts (including city level, Louxing District and Loudi Economic Development Zone); Excluding central and provincial universities, enterprises and institutions in Lou.

Subsidy standard

(1) Full-time postgraduate students and "double-class" undergraduate graduates will be given a living allowance of 1 10,000 yuan every year for two years.

(2) Full-time graduate students and "double-class" undergraduate graduates who buy the first set of housing in Loudi will be given a subsidy of 20,000 yuan.

(3) Full-time undergraduate graduates from other universities will be given a living allowance of 6,000 yuan every year for two years.

(4) Graduates from Hunan College of Humanities and Science will receive an annual living allowance of 2,000 yuan for two years.

(5) Newly-introduced full-time undergraduate and above graduates who buy the first home in Loudi can apply for housing provident fund loans according to the first home policy, and can enjoy a loan amount twice the upper limit of the local housing provident fund loan amount.

(2) Preliminary qualification examination (1 1.4).

(3) Qualification examination (completed before 1 1 October11)
