All the procedures for handling social security cards at TEDA are as follows.

I. Accepting applications for social security cards

The Labor and Social Security Service Hall of the Development Zone (the seventh floor of Sanjie Archives) is responsible for accepting social security card applications, and the acceptance time is every working day (except Friday afternoon). At the same time of acceptance, inform enterprises and individuals when to receive social security cards.

Two, apply for social security card conditions

Registered employees and community residents in the development zone who have participated in Tianjin social insurance, employees of enterprises and institutions are responsible for submitting applications in a unified manner, and individual residents submit applications.

Three, apply for social security card materials to be submitted.

When applying for a social security card, the unit shall fill in the Application Form for Social Security Card of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone and other materials specified in the application procedure;

When an individual applies for a social security card, he shall fill in the Application Form for Personal Social Security Card in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone and other materials specified in the application procedure.

The acceptance window will inform the unqualified materials at one time, and the materials will be accepted after they are qualified.

Four, the social security card business card printing and collection

After accepting the social security card application business, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will transmit the acceptance information to the card-making bank through the private network, and the card-making bank will complete the card-making within the specified time limit.

If a unit applies for a social security card, the personnel designated by the unit shall bring the relevant materials to the window of the labor security service hall according to the notice time.

Individuals who apply for social security cards should bring relevant materials to the business card printing bank window to collect them according to the notified time.

The relevant procedures for handling provident fund cards at TEDA are as follows.

I. Handling process

Article 1 Housing provident fund deposit units and employees can apply for making housing provident fund dragon cards in the following three ways:

(1) When the unit opens a new housing provident fund account for employees and remits it in the first month, it applies for making a housing provident fund dragon card (hereinafter referred to as the "new account opening card").

(II) The company may apply for business card printing for employees who have opened individual accounts of housing provident fund before May 27th, 20th/Kloc-3rd (hereinafter referred to as "business card printing of unit stock").

(3) Employees who hold housing provident fund savings cards can apply for housing provident fund dragon cards (hereinafter referred to as "personal card replacement") in the sub-centers or management departments where housing provident fund personal accounts are opened.

Rule number two Units that handle the housing provident fund dragon card for employees shall sign the Agreement on the Application and Issuance of the Housing Provident Fund Dragon Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card Issuance Agreement) in duplicate with the branch of China Construction Bank corresponding to the unit housing provident fund account opening. Since the implementation of these regulations, the newly established housing provident fund system units shall sign a card issuance agreement when handling the registration of housing provident fund units; Before the implementation of these provisions, the units that have established the housing provident fund system but have not yet applied for the housing provident fund dragon card for employees shall go through the formalities for signing the card issuance agreement before making the card for employees for the first time.

Rule three. When the company handles the new account opening business of business card printing, the management center and China Construction Bank will automatically accept the business card printing application on the next working day after the employees pay the housing provident fund in the first month, and make the housing provident fund dragon card for the employees. The unit does not need to provide any application materials.

Article 4? When handling the business of printing business cards in stock, the unit shall apply for business card printing at the sub-center or management department where the unit opens the housing provident fund account with the List of Application Forms for Printing Business Cards of the Housing Provident Fund Longka Unit (Annex 2, hereinafter referred to as the List of Printing Business Cards).

Units can collect or log in to the Tianjin Housing Provident Fund website (www.zfgjj.cn or www.housefund.cn, hereinafter referred to as "the provident fund website") at the sub-center or management department, and fill in the company name, company account number, number of employees applying for business card printing, name of employees applying for business card printing, ID number, personal account information of housing provident fund and other information, and affix the official seal or financial seal of the unit.

Units can also enter the provident fund website to print business card details, and handle business card printing for employees who have not applied for housing provident fund. Business card details need to be stamped with the official seal or financial seal of the company. Before applying for business card printing, the unit manager should check the employee information recorded in the business card printing list. If the information is found to be incorrect, the employee's personal information should be changed before applying for business card printing.

Article 5? After the sub-center or management department accepts the application for business card printing, CCB will open a bank savings account for employees and make a housing provident fund dragon card. Six districts in the city completed business card printing in 7 working days, and other districts and counties completed business card printing in 9 working days.

Article 6? After the business card printing is completed, the unit should go to the branch of the county construction bank where the unit opens the housing provident fund account to receive the employee housing provident fund dragon card. Among them, for the printing of new account opening business cards, the unit manager should hold the original unit card and my ID card to collect them, and for the printing of existing business cards, the unit manager should hold the list of business cards stamped with the special seal of the sub-center or management department to collect them.

Article 9? During the period from the time when the management center accepts the application for business card printing by the unit to the time when the unit receives the housing provident fund dragon card, the transfer of the housing provident fund account, the change of personal information and the withdrawal of the account cancellation of the employees who apply for business card printing by the unit will be suspended. If the unit has received the employee housing provident fund dragon card, the employee's original housing provident fund savings card will automatically become invalid.

Article 7? The unit shall issue the housing provident fund dragon card to the employee within 5 working days after receiving the housing provident fund dragon card.

Article 8? Employees who apply for personal replacement cards should apply for replacement cards with their ID cards and housing provident fund savings cards at the sub-centers or management departments where personal accounts are opened. If it is verified by the sub-center or the management department, the employee's application for card replacement will be accepted, and the Personal Business Card Acceptance Notice of Housing Provident Fund Longka will be issued (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Business Card Acceptance Notice). Workers with the "personal business card acceptance notice", ID card and housing provident fund savings card to the Construction Bank to receive housing provident fund dragon card.

Article 9? The activation procedure of the joint provident fund card is to change the initial password of the provident fund, which can be combined with personal business such as withdrawal and loan, but it needs to be handled at any provident fund outlet counter with my ID card and provident fund card. The password of the provident fund card is a valid certificate for handling the provident fund business, and employees need to keep it properly. All provident fund outlets can be handled from Monday to Saturday, and the management department of the city's six districts, Tanggu and Development Management Department can be handled from Monday to Sunday.
