Jianyang city was held in Chengdu. Why does Jianyang social security resume still belong to Ziyang?

1. Due to the time difference between the social security co-ordination area and the adjustment of administrative divisions, the social security co-ordination area will remain unchanged during this insurance year after the change of administrative divisions;

2. At present, the "medical insurance account" function of the social security card can only be used in the social security department of the insured place or its designated designated institution;

3. If the insured person seeks medical treatment in different places, he/she shall carry a valid ID card, social security card and referral opinions issued by local designated institutions (issued by the designated medical hospital where the social security relationship between the two parties is located);

4. Before seeking medical treatment in different places, apply to the staff of designated institutions designated by the social security department where the social security relationship is located for referral procedures;

5. After being audited (sealed) by the local social security department, go to the designated institution in different places for medical treatment;

6. After discharge, bring the discharge summary, hospitalization certificate, receipt and details, social security card, referral certificate and valid ID card issued by medical institutions in different places to the local social security department for reimbursement.

The Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that:

Twenty-ninth medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
