36 kinds of medicines include 3 1 western medicine and 5 kinds of Chinese patent medicines. In western medicine, 15 is a tumor therapeutic drug, involving common cancer species such as lung cancer, gastric cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lymphoma and myeloma, including tumor-targeting drugs such as trastuzumab, rituximab, bortezomib and * * domide, which are of social concern and urgently needed by the insured, as well as * * rello for cardiovascular diseases and * * for acute coronary syndrome. Other drugs are drugs for nephropathy, ophthalmology, psychosis, anti-infection, diabetes and rare diseases. Three kinds of Chinese patent medicines are tumor medicines, and the other two are cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicines. Through negotiation, compared with the average retail price of 20 16, the average price of these 36 drugs decreased by 44%, and the highest price reached 70%.

Yesterday, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau issued a notice to include the generic drugs of the above 36 kinds of negotiated drugs in the list of drugs for basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance in Beijing as Class B drugs. For the payment standard, if the specifications of generic drugs are consistent with the negotiated drugs, the payment standard shall be temporarily implemented according to the actual market sales price of generic drugs, but it shall not exceed the payment standard of the corresponding negotiated drugs; If the specifications of generic drugs are inconsistent with the negotiated drugs, the payment standard shall be calculated according to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the Rules of Drug Price Difference (NDRC Price [201] No.2452). If the calculated payment standard is higher than the actual market sales price of generic drugs, the actual market sales price of generic drugs shall be the payment standard.

After the issuance of this notice, all designated medical institutions in the city can be equipped with negotiated generic drugs in time according to the clinical treatment drug demand, and ensure the drug demand of the insured according to the principle of reasonable inspection, reasonable treatment and rational drug use.
