The transfer of housing provident fund in different places shall be handled according to the following procedures:

The depositor shall transfer to the unit to handle the deposit registration for the depositor, and the transferred housing provident fund management center shall set up an individual housing provident fund detailed account for the depositor;

The depositor shall fill in the Application Form for the Transfer of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places, and send it to the transfer-in housing provident fund management center together with my ID card and a copy, and the transfer-in housing provident fund management center shall fill in the Contact Letter for the Transfer of Housing Provident Fund in Different Places;

The transfer-in housing provident fund management center will send the depositor's application for transfer of housing provident fund in different places, a copy of ID card, a valid certificate of the original housing provident fund deposit place and a contact letter for transfer of housing provident fund in different places to the transfer-out housing provident fund management center;

The transfer-out housing provident fund management center will review the information sent by the transfer-in housing provident fund management center, and after it is correct, according to the entrustment of the depositor, transfer or remit the transferred funds to the housing provident fund account of the transfer-in housing provident fund management center, and send a copy of the Housing Provident Fund Transfer Settlement Form and the bank transfer or remittance bill to the transfer-in housing provident fund management center;

The transferred housing provident fund management center will record the transferred funds into the depositor's individual housing provident fund detailed account and inform the depositor.

Social security transfer procedures:

Before the insured person flows across provinces, the social security agency of the original insured place shall issue the Certificate of Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance;

The insured holds the payment voucher, household registration book, ID card, etc. Until the social security agency of the new employment place applies for the continuation of the relationship;

The social security agency of the new employment place will review whether the applicant meets the requirements within 15 working days;

After receiving the contact letter 15 working days, the social security agency of the original insured place will clear up whether the applicant is in arrears in insurance payment and handle the transfer of the old-age insurance fund, terminate the applicant's local insurance relationship, and issue the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection information form to the new insured place;

The social security institution of the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days after receiving the information form and transfer fund.

Information required for social security transfer:

When the social security agency at the receiving place issues an acceptance letter, it must provide the ID number of the transferor, the name of the bank where the social security agency at the transferring place is located and the social security account number at the transferring place;

I must go to the company to handle the social security transfer formalities with the admission notice, social security manual and termination of the contract. When handling the transfer formalities, Wanjia Shi Sheng Human Resources Company shall issue the transfer list of endowment insurance and the details of endowment insurance account to the transferor;

I must go to the medical insurance office to handle the medical insurance transfer procedures and medical insurance account settlement procedures with the "Pension Insurance Transfer List" issued by the company.
