Transfer of medical insurance relationship: the handling personnel shall go through the transfer formalities at the "Social Insurance Transfer" window of the government affairs public hall of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau with the "Basic Medical Insurance Payment Certificate" issued by the social security agency in the transfer place and a copy of the insured's ID card;

3. Transfer of unemployment insurance relationship: After the employee of the social security agency issues the acceptance letter of unemployment insurance relationship, the agency will return it with the acceptance letter of unemployment insurance relationship, a copy of the insured's ID card and the Transfer Form of Unemployment Insurance Relationship for On-the-job Employees issued by the social security agency at the transfer place.
