Materials required for foreigners to participate in insurance:

(1) My passport;

(2) Foreigners' Employment Certificate, Foreign Expert Certificate, Foreign Resident Journalist Certificate and Beijing Work Residence Permit (for overseas students) can provide one of the four items;

(3) foreigner's residence permit;

(4) XX Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form (in triplicate and stamped);

(5) XX Social Insurance Insured Personnel Increase Table (in duplicate with official seal);

(6) My photo (two recent one-inch bareheaded color prints on a white background);

(7) Other relevant certification materials;

(8) The "data file" exported by the latest "five risks in one" general enterprise edition software (U disk storage).

Note: All the above materials must be provided with originals and photocopies (photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

Procedures for foreigners to participate in insurance:

1, and make online declaration through the enterprise online declaration system on the website of the Social Security Bureau;

2. Print the Application Form for Personal Information Registration/Suspension/Transfer/Insurance Type Change/Reinsurance/Wage Change of Enterprise Employees, and attach the application materials to the front desk for handling.

Tip:

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign employees have not realized online self-service. Please bring the following materials to the collection window of the social security agency (branch or management station) where the employer pays:

1. Registration Form of Personal Information of Employees Participating in Social Insurance for the First time (official seal)

2. Valid identity certificate of the insured (copy of the original inspection, copy stamped with the official seal of the unit);
