Beijing maternity allowance reimbursement process is:

First, the application conditions,

1, in line with national or municipal family planning regulations;

2. Pay continuously for 9 months before delivery.

Second, the required materials,

1. Marriage certificate;

2 "Beijing Maternity Service Certificate" or "Beijing Migrant Workers Maternity Service Contact Sheet";

3. The baby's birth certificate;

4. Medical diagnosis certificate;

5. Second-generation ID cards of both men and women;

6. Information registration form of personnel applying for maternity allowance in Beijing;

7. Supplement: 1 5 requires one positive and one negative.

Third, the application process,

1. Submit the material 1-5 to the human resources department of the woman's unit within 3 months after delivery;

2. Fill in the "Information Registration Form for Persons Applying for Maternity Allowance in Beijing", which shall be sealed by the unit;

3. Individuals hold this form and stamp it at the lover's unit and return it to the woman's unit;

4. The woman's unit shall make social security declaration on the 5th to 25th of each month, and put the funds into the company account.
