4. Prepare materials that can prove the identity of the executor. Without identification, it is impossible to determine the ownership of rights. If the application is made by an individual, you should prepare an ID card that can prove your identity. Where an application is filed by a legal person, it shall provide relevant materials that can prove that it is the legal representative.

5. The application executor may also entrust an agent. If the executor of the application cannot apply in person, he may ask an agent to apply for execution, but the agent must be entrusted by the executor of the application and provide a power of attorney to the court.
