2. Social security transferred to Zigong

(1) Bring the contact letter (medical insurance), acceptance letter (old-age insurance) and copy of ID card issued by the social security bureau of the transfer-in place (Zigong Social Security Bureau) to the social security transfer window of the transfer-out place.

(2) Submit the insurance certificate and information change form issued by the social security bureau of the transfer place to the social security bureau of the transfer place.

(3) Transfer of unemployment insurance: If the staff meets the conditions for transfer in the first instance, they will issue a Letter of Acceptance of Unemployment Insurance Relationship; The handling personnel shall return to the "Social Insurance Transfer" window of the government affairs public hall of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau to handle the relevant formalities with the "Notice of Acceptance of Unemployment Insurance Relationship" issued by the social insurance agency in the transfer place, the copy of the insured's ID card and the "Transfer Form of Unemployment Insurance Relationship for on-the-job employees".

2. Social security transfer from other provinces

I or my agent bring the original or photocopy of my ID card, issue the old-age insurance certificate in Chengdu Social Security Bureau, fill in the medical insurance change information form, and submit it to the local social security bureau.
