From August 20th this year, Lanzhou Social Security Bureau will no longer collect the endowment insurance premiums paid by flexible employees, but will be collected by Lanzhou Bank. Flexible employees can use cash or bank cards to handle payment services.

According to the relevant person in charge of Lanzhou Local Taxation Bureau, the endowment insurance premium for flexible employees in Lanzhou has been collected by the Social Security Bureau. At present, in order to facilitate citizens to pay insurance premiums, the Local Taxation Bureau and Lanzhou Bank decided to change to Lanzhou Bank on August 20th. From August 20th, all the flexible employees who are insured in Lanzhou Social Security Bureau and the human resources markets in Chengguan District, Qilihe District, Xigu District and Anning District can pay the endowment insurance at the nearest Lanzhou Bank outlet. Citizens can pay by cash or bank card.

The tax department adopts the business model of "independent payment+special payment" to collect fees. Self-payment refers to the payment due in the current month, which is paid by the payer through the payment channel provided by the tax department. Special payment refers to the payment that is not due in the current month (including special circumstances such as overdue payment and wholesale payment). For batch deduction of individual taxes, the payer signs the Agreement on Entrustment Deduction of Individual Social Insurance Fees through the counter of Lanzhou Bank's business outlets or mobile banking to confirm the payment grade. According to the grade amount confirmed by the payer, the tax department initiates a monthly deduction list to Lanzhou Bank for batch deduction. The payer shall deposit the total amount payable into the contract account. Batch tax deduction is only applicable to monthly independent file selection payment.

Individuals who pay their own fees can choose their own stalls to pay or pay special fees through channels such as mobile banking, WeChat banking and bank counters of Lanzhou Bank on a monthly basis. No matter whether the payer has signed the entrusted deduction agreement or not, he can pay by himself.
