The social security agency in the new employment place accepts the Application Form for the Transfer and Continuation of Social Insurance Relationship and relevant materials for review. In line with the transfer conditions, the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer contact letter will be generated and sent to the social security agency of the original insured place. After receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of Social Insurance Relationship, the social security agency of the original insured place checks the relevant information and generates the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship; Go through the formalities of fund transfer; Send the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection information table to the social security institution of the new employment place; Terminate the basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured in the local area.
After receiving the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship and the transfer fund, the social security institution of the new employment place shall check the information form and the amount of the transfer fund.
