1, No: the reimbursement procedures can only be handled in the social security department where the social security relationship is located when the parties seek medical treatment, but not in other social security departments;

2. Before the insured goes to a designated institution in different places for medical treatment, he should apply for referral to the social security department where the social security relationship is located, and only after the local social security department issues a written opinion agreeing to referral can he enjoy medical insurance benefits;

3. When going through the formalities: I should show my ID card, social security card and referral opinions issued by local designated institutions (issued by the designated medical hospital where the social security relationship of the parties is located);

4. Apply to the staff of designated institutions designated by the local social security department for referral procedures, and go to designated institutions in different places for treatment after being audited (sealed) by the local social security department;
