Medical insurance processing flow:

1. After receiving the form and filling in the registration form, the agent of the insured unit copies the social security (citizen) card application form on both sides and sends it to each new insured person, and instructs the new insured person to fill in the application form according to the requirements of the application rules;

2. Before the 3rd day of the next month of insurance registration, the agent of the insured unit will arrange for the new insured to take his ID card (or military officer's card and passport) to the photo studio designated by the social security (citizen) card to take digital photos of the social security (citizen) card, and paste the photo receipt in the corresponding position of the application form. 4 yuan/person for taking social security (citizen) card photos;

3. To receive the application form and fees, please ask the manager of the insured unit to collect the completed social security (citizen) card application form from the new insured person before the next month of insurance registration 19, and collect the social security (citizen) card fee of 20 yuan/person;

4. Hand in the form, pay the fee and get the card. The bank where the medical insurance account is opened will notify the insured unit to go through the formalities of submitting the form, paying the fee and getting the card in Guangzhou Medical Insurance Center after the second month of enrollment registration 19. The process of submitting forms, paying fees and obtaining cards: it can be handled at the designated window in the service hall of the medical insurance center;

5. The agent of the card-issuing insured unit shall issue the social security (citizen) card to the insured within one week after receiving the card.
