1. Legal analysis: Those who paid social security in Shenzhen before can apply to transfer the social security paid by Shenzhen to other places. Those who have participated in the old-age insurance in Shenzhen and meet one of the following conditions are allowed to transfer out the old-age insurance: they are employed in different provinces and participate in the old-age insurance in new places of employment; Transfer to the place where the old-age insurance benefits are received.
