How many years can Chengdu social security buy a house?

Chengdu social security can be settled in five years.

After continuous payment of social security for 5 years, you can settle in Chengdu through relevant policies. Paying social security for five years needs to meet the requirements of continuous payment and payment of social security types. If the score reaches 140, you can settle in Chengdu through points. If any one factor is not satisfied, you can't settle down even if you pay social security for five years.

Chengdu points home application conditions are as follows:

1. Holders of residence permits in this Municipality shall apply for residence permits issued by this Municipality's Public Security Bureau before 65438+February 3/of the previous year from the date of application for settlement of points;

2. Not exceeding the statutory retirement age: as of the previous year, 65438+February 3 1, generally, men should be under 60 years old, female employees under 50 years old and female cadres (management positions) under 55 years old, and the employer will normally pay social insurance premiums for them continuously. In case of national retirement policy adjustment, the new policy shall be implemented;

3. Have paid social insurance in Chengdu for 7 years or more. By the end of the previous year (65438+February 3 1) when the application for settlement of points began, the applicant should have paid social insurance for 7 years in a row (the accumulated payment record should not exceed 5 months), and the payment of pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance should comply with the relevant provisions of Chengdu social insurance. The actual payment record should be formed before 65438+February 3 1 of the previous year when the application for settlement of points begins, and the payment status is normal;

4. No criminal record. The legal documents effective by the people's court or the certificate issued by the local public security organ shall prevail.

To sum up, Chengdu can settle in Chengdu after paying social security for five years, but if it has not paid for five consecutive years, or has interrupted payment, or is over 45 years old, it will lead to the failure to settle down successfully.
