I. Applicant

Private, Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises that have lived in Shenzhen for more than 1 year meet one of the following conditions:

(a) a valid "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Temporary Residence Permit" (laborers), and the temporary residence time is more than one year;

(2) Holding a valid "Shenzhen Residence Permit" and having lived for more than one year;

(3) Holding a valid Shenzhen Residence Permit and an invalid Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Temporary Residence Permit (labor service) at the same time, and the accumulated residence time and temporary residence time have reached 1 year or more. Among them, the interval between the validity period of the Temporary Residence Permit for Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the issuance date of the Residence Permit for Shenzhen shall not exceed three months.
