Can I pay social security after probation?

If social security can be paid after the probation period, the employer must pay social security for the employee as long as there is a labor relationship between the employee and the employer. It is illegal for an employer not to pay social security for employees during the probation period. Social insurance is compulsory insurance required by the state.
